Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Availability for early shifts starting at 5am or late shifts until 11pm and/or weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Basic understanding of store operations
- Capacity to learn and apply new concepts quickly
- Positive attitude and flexibility with schedules
Job Duties
- Unpack stock as deliveries arrive in store
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the store by assisting customers and answering questions
- Ensure the entire store is clean and organized including parking lot, sales floor, breakroom, and warehouse
- Participate in bakery operations and learn about the freshness concept
- Support weekly promotional set-up
- Maintain a friendly communication style with team and customers
- Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
