Job Requirements
- No prior work experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic math and computer skills for handling orders and payments
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must have the ability to perform physical tasks involved in food preparation and cleaning

- Prior work experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Taking great care of customers by providing friendly and passionate service including sincere greetings and delivering food to tables
- Receiving and entering customer orders accurately and processing payments at the counter or drive-through
- Organizing and handing out all food and drink orders with final quality control to meet company standards
- Preparing fresh produce such as peeling, dicing, slicing, and chopping vegetables
- Maintaining a team-oriented environment by assisting teammates and asking for help when needed
- Creating and sustaining a spotless and sparkling store environment through daily cleaning before, during, and after shifts
- Learning new skills including food preparation and cooking as they grow within the company
