Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to follow instructions and work well under pressure
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Must be at least 16 years old
Job Qualifications
- Prior work experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Taking great care of customers including greeting, handing out stickers and hats, delivering food to tables, asking about meals, clearing trays, and thanking for visits
- Receiving and entering customer orders with a smile and processing payments using register or computer terminal
- Organizing and handing out food and drink orders ensuring final quality control meets company standards
- Preparing fresh produce such as peeling and dicing potatoes, slicing and chopping onions, slicing tomatoes, leafing lettuce
- Working in a team-oriented environment by anticipating and offering help and asking for help when needed
- Creating a spotless and sparkling clean environment by cleaning workstations, store, and surrounding areas before, during, and after each shift
- Learning additional skills including preparing and cooking food with opportunities for raises as skills improve
