Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks associated with fast food service
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members

Job Duties
- Taking great care of customers by providing friendly and passionate service including greeting, handing out stickers and hats, delivering food to tables, clearing trays, and thanking customers
- Receiving and entering customer orders with a smile and processing payments using the register or computer terminal at the counter or drive-through
- Organizing and handing out all food and drink orders with a final quality control check to ensure only products meeting In-N-Out standards are served
- Preparing fresh produce such as peeling and dicing potatoes, slicing tomatoes, chopping onions, and leafing lettuce
- Working cooperatively in a team-oriented environment by anticipating when others need help and offering assistance while also asking for help when needed
- Creating a spotless and sparkling environment by cleaning individual workstations, the store, and surrounding areas which includes daily cleaning duties before and after shifts and ongoing cleaning during business hours
- Learning food preparation and cooking skills as you grow with the company, with opportunities to earn raises and additional responsibilities
