Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Willingness to learn and follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

- Prior work experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Taking great care of customers by providing friendly and passionate service
- Receiving and entering customer orders with a smile and processing payments using the register or computer terminal
- Organizing and handing out all food and drink orders while conducting final quality control checks
- Preparing fresh produce including peeling, dicing, slicing, and leafing
- Working cooperatively in a team-oriented environment by anticipating and offering help when needed
- Maintaining a spotless and sparkling environment through daily cleaning duties before, during, and after shifts
- Learning and applying food preparation and cooking skills as you grow with the company
