Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and follow company policies and procedures
- Reliable availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Physical ability to stand and perform tasks throughout the shift
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

- Prior work experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Taking great care of customers with friendly and passionate service
- Receiving and entering customer orders with a smile and processing payments
- Organizing and handing out food and drink orders while ensuring quality control
- Preparing fresh produce including peeling, dicing, slicing and chopping
- Working cooperatively in a team-oriented environment and assisting others
- Maintaining a spotless and sparkling environment by cleaning workstations and store areas
- Learning food preparation and cooking skills as you grow with the company
