Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- willingness to learn and adapt to various job responsibilities
- availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with food service
- legal eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- prior work experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- taking great care of customers by providing friendly and attentive service including greeting, handing out stickers and hats, delivering food, clearing trays, and thanking customers for their visit
- receiving and entering customer orders accurately with a smile, processing payments at the counter or drive-through register
- organizing and handing out food and drink orders while ensuring they meet quality standards
- preparing fresh produce by peeling, dicing, slicing, and chopping ingredients
- working collaboratively in a team environment to assist colleagues and maintain efficient operations
- maintaining a spotless and sparkling environment through thorough cleaning of individual workstations, store areas, and surrounding spaces before, during, and after shifts
- learning additional skills such as food preparation and cooking as you grow within the company
