Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No prior work experience required
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as needed
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Must pass background check if required

Job Duties
- Taking great care of our customers by providing friendly, passionate service
- Receiving and entering customer orders with a smile and processing payments at the counter or drive-through
- Organizing and handing out all food and drink orders to ensure quality control
- Preparing fresh produce such as peeling and dicing potatoes, slicing tomatoes, and leafing lettuce
- Working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment by anticipating when others need help and asking for assistance when necessary
- Maintaining a spotless and sparkling environment by cleaning individual workstations, the store, and surrounding areas before, during, and after shifts
- Preparing and cooking food while learning more skills and adhering to In-N-Out standards as you grow within the company
