Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Willingness to learn and follow food safety and cleanliness protocols
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure
- Must be at least 16 years old or meet local age requirements
- Prior experience in fast food or retail is an advantage but not required

- Prior work experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Taking great care of customers and providing friendly, passionate service
- Receiving and entering customer orders with a smile and processing payments using the register or computer terminal
- Organizing and handing out all food and drink orders with quality control
- Preparing fresh produce including peeling, dicing, slicing, and chopping
- Working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment assisting others and asking for help when needed
- Creating a spotless and sparkling environment through regular cleaning before, during, and after shifts
- Learning to prepare and cook food as skills advance and earning opportunities for raises
