Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Duties
- taking great care of our customers by providing friendly and passionate service including smiling, greeting, handing out stickers and hats, delivering food, clearing trays, and thanking customers
- receiving and entering customer orders with a smile and processing payments using the register or computer terminal at the counter or drive-through
- organizing and handing out all food and drink orders while ensuring they meet In-N-Out quality standards
- preparing fresh produce including peeling and dicing potatoes, slicing and chopping onions, slicing tomatoes, and leafing lettuce
- working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment by anticipating and providing help to colleagues as needed
- maintaining a spotless and sparkling clean workstation, store, and surrounding areas through daily and ongoing cleaning duties
- learning to prepare and cook food as skills develop and opportunities for raises increase
