Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, days, evenings, and nights
- Willingness to maintain a clean and hospitable environment
- Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
- Availability to work weekends and weekdays
Job Qualifications
- Prior work experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required
- Genuinely friendly and positive attitude with willingness to work as a team
- Strong work ethic
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills
Job Duties
- Taking great care of our customers
- Receiving and entering customer orders with a smile and processing payments using the register or computer terminal
- Organizing and handing out all food and drink orders while ensuring quality control
- Preparing fresh produce including peeling and dicing potatoes, slicing and chopping onions, slicing tomatoes, leafing lettuce
- Working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment by assisting others and seeking help when needed
- Creating a spotless and sparkling environment by cleaning workstations, the store, and surrounding areas with daily cleaning duties
- Preparing and cooking food as skills develop and opportunities for raises arise
