Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No prior experience required but prior customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food preparation and cleaning
- Must be at least 16 years old or meet local age requirements

- Prior work experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Taking great care of customers by providing friendly, genuine service and anticipating their needs
- Receiving and entering customer orders accurately with a smile and processing payments
- Organizing and handing out food and drink orders with a focus on quality control
- Preparing fresh produce including peeling, dicing, slicing, and chopping as needed
- Working cooperatively as part of a team, assisting others and requesting help when necessary
- Maintaining cleanliness by cleaning workstations and store areas before, during, and after shifts
- Learning food preparation and cooking skills as you advance and earn raises
