Job Duties
- Taking great care of customers by being friendly and anticipating their needs
- Receiving and entering customer orders with a smile and processing payments using the register or computer terminal at the counter or drive-through
- Organizing and handing out all food and drink orders, ensuring quality control and that products meet In-N-Out standards
- Preparing fresh produce including peeling and dicing potatoes, slicing and chopping onions, slicing tomatoes, and leafing lettuce
- Working in a team-oriented environment by assisting others and asking for help when needed
- Maintaining a spotless and sparkling environment by cleaning workstations, the store, and surrounding areas before and after shifts as well as during business hours
- Learning and growing skills in food preparation and cooking as opportunities arise
