Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to learn and follow company procedures
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks associated with restaurant work

Job Duties
- Taking great care of our customers
- receiving and entering customer orders with a smile and processing payments using the register/computer terminal
- organizing and handing out all food and drink orders while ensuring only products that meet In-N-Out standards are delivered
- preparing fresh produce including peeling and dicing potatoes, slicing and chopping onions, slicing tomatoes, and leafing lettuce
- working in a team-oriented environment by assisting others and asking for help when needed
- creating a spotless and sparkling environment by cleaning individual workstations, store, and surrounding areas before, during, and after shifts
- preparing and cooking food as skills grow and participating in opportunities to earn raises
