Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- availability to work in the locations served by In-N-Out Burger
- no prior experience required as training will be provided

- prior work experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- taking great care of customers by providing friendly and attentive service
- receiving and entering customer orders with accuracy and a smile
- processing payments using register or computer terminals
- organizing and handing out food and drink orders while ensuring product quality
- preparing fresh produce such as peeling and dicing potatoes, slicing tomatoes, and leafing lettuce
- maintaining a clean and spotless workstation and store environment
- working collaboratively in a team-oriented setting to support all store operations
