Job Duties
- Taking great care of customers by providing friendly and passionate service including greeting, handing out stickers and hats, delivering food to tables, clearing trays, and thanking customers for their visit
- Receiving and entering customer orders with a smile while processing payments at the counter or drive-through
- Organizing and handing out all food and drink orders while ensuring they meet In-N-Out quality standards
- Preparing fresh produce such as peeling and dicing potatoes, slicing and chopping onions, slicing tomatoes, and leafing lettuce
- Working effectively in a team environment by anticipating when help is needed and offering assistance
- Maintaining a spotless and sparkling environment through cleaning individual workstations, the store, and surrounding areas before, during, and after shifts
- Learning additional skills such as food preparation and cooking as you grow with the company, with opportunities to earn raises
