Job Requirements
- at least 16 years of age
- remaining upright on feet for sustained periods
- lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs occasionally and up to 10 lbs frequently
- visual acuity to perform activities such as reading and visual inspection of small parts
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a retail or customer service setting preferred
Job Duties
- providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and demonstrating compassion and care
- focusing on the customer by giving a warm and friendly greeting and assisting with locating items
- accurately performing cashier duties including handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
- maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and managing inventory
- supporting opening and closing store activities
- providing customer support to departments such as photo and beauty, ensuring they are stocked and operational
- assisting pharmacy personnel when needed and working regular shifts in the pharmacy as opportunities for growth
- embracing and advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs
