Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Remain upright on feet for sustained periods
- Lift and exert up to 35 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently
- Have close visual acuity for activities like computer use and reading
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs
- Demonstrate compassion and care in all interactions
- Accurately perform cashier duties including handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks
- Support opening and closing store activities
- Provide customer support to all departments including photo and beauty
- Assist pharmacy personnel when needed and participate in career development opportunities
- Advocate and embrace new CVS services and loyalty programs
