Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to remain upright for extended periods
- Capability to lift and exert up to 35 lbs occasionally and up to 10 lbs frequently
- Visual acuity to perform detailed tasks such as reading and computer use
- Availability to work part time, approximately 20 hours per week
- Ability to adapt to flexible work schedules
- Willingness to support various store departments and duties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and support pharmacy operations

Job Duties
- Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving service issues
- Greeting customers warmly and assisting in locating items
- Accurately performing cashier duties handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
- Maintaining sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and managing inventory tasks
- Supporting opening and closing store activities
- Providing customer support to departments including photo and beauty and ensuring stock and operational readiness
- Assisting pharmacy personnel and working shifts in the pharmacy for career growth
- Advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs
