Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Remaining upright on the feet for sustained periods
- Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally and up to 10 lbs frequently
- Close visual acuity to perform activities such as viewing a computer terminal and reading small details
Job Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and demonstrating compassion and care in all interactions
- Giving a warm and friendly greeting and maintaining eye contact while helping customers locate items
- Accurately performing cashier duties handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions following company policies
- Maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks
- Supporting opening and closing store activities as needed
- Providing customer support to all departments including photo and beauty, ensuring departments are stocked and operational
- Assisting pharmacy personnel when needed, including working shifts in the pharmacy for career growth
- Advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs to help customers on their path to better health
