Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to remain upright on the feet for sustained periods
- Ability to lift and exert up to 35 lbs of force occasionally and 10 lbs frequently
- Visual acuity to perform tasks such as reading and inspecting small details
- Availability for flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Ability to work part time with 20 hours per week

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Ability to perform cashiering duties with accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist customers and colleagues
- Basic knowledge of retail inventory management
Job Duties
- Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and demonstrating compassion
- Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and assist in locating items
- Accurately perform cashier duties handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and updating pricing
- Support opening and closing store activities as needed
- Provide customer support across all departments including photo and beauty
- Assist pharmacy personnel by working shifts in the pharmacy as part of career development
- Advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs
