Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (or in progress)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks like bending and standing
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment is a plus
- Team player who takes initiative and enjoys working with people
- May be required to obtain and maintain food handler or alcohol server permits depending on state or local regulations

Job Duties
- Provide friendly, prompt service at the register or self-checkout
- Suggest additional products to enhance guest purchases
- Address guest concerns with urgency and involve managers as needed
- Foster a team-oriented, respectful work environment
- Ensure food and beverage items are available and up to quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness in food prep areas and follow all safety regulations
- Restock shelves, coolers, and display areas as needed
- Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment inside and out
- Complete regular cleaning tasks to ensure a great experience for guests
- Assist in inventory management and restocking
- Clean in and outside of store, including sweeping parking lot, mopping floors, emptying trash, cleaning restrooms, filling water and towels at the pump, replacing pay-at-the-pump receipt paper
- Adhere to all RaceTrac, federal, state and local food safety regulations
- Update prices and post new signage to reflect promotions and sales opportunities
- Keep gasoline price sign up-to-date outside of store
- Greet and interact with new and regular guests genuinely
- Ring up guests on cash register and balance cash and inventory transactions
- Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service
- Resolve and escalate guest complaints
- Work collaboratively with the general public and store team
