Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain proper shelf, cooler, and case conditions by stocking, cleaning, and rotating products within the store
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the department's cases, prep area, floors, and coolers
- Minimize shrink by resolving all price discrepancies immediately
- Ensure all equipment is treated and maintained properly
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures according to company policies and federal, state, and local regulations
- Assist workers in other departments when business needs require
- Collaborate with other departments for inter-departmental or storewide sales promotions
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
