Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to remain upright for sustained periods
- Ability to lift and exert up to 35 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently including overhead lifting
- Close visual acuity to read, view computer terminals, and handle small parts

- At least 16 years of age
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and cashier skills
Job Duties
- Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving service issues
- Greet customers warmly and offer assistance in locating items
- Perform cashier duties including handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain sales floor through restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and managing inventory
- Support opening and closing store activities
- Provide customer support to all departments including photo and beauty, ensuring areas are stocked and operational
- Assist pharmacy personnel as needed including working shifts in the pharmacy for growth opportunities
- Advocate CVS services and loyalty programs
