Job Requirements

At least 16 years of age
remaining upright on feet for sustained periods
lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently including overhead lifting
having close visual acuity for activities like computer use and reading

Job Qualifications

At least 16 years of age
previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

Job Duties

Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving potential service issues
greeting customers warmly and assisting with locating items
accurately performing cashier duties including handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
maintaining sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks
supporting opening and closing store activities
providing customer support across all departments including photo and beauty
assisting pharmacy personnel and working shifts in the pharmacy
promoting new CVS services and loyalty programs
