Job Requirements

At least 16 years of age
Ability to remain upright on feet for sustained periods
Ability to lift and exert up to 35 lbs occasionally and up to 10 lbs frequently
Visual acuity to perform tasks involving small parts and details
Availability for 20 hours per week part-time
Willingness to assist in various store departments and duties

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Previous experience in retail or customer service setting preferred
Ability to operate independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused mindset
Basic math and cash handling skills

Job Duties

Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and demonstrating compassion
Giving a warm and friendly greeting while assisting customers
Accurately performing cashier duties including handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
Maintaining the sales floor through restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and inventory management
Supporting opening and closing store activities
Providing customer support in departments such as photo and beauty
Assisting pharmacy personnel and embracing CVS services and loyalty programs
