Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Remaining upright on the feet for sustained periods
- Lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally and up to 10 lbs frequently
- Having close visual acuity for activities like viewing computer screens and visual inspection of small details
Job Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving service issues
- Focusing on the customer with a warm greeting and offering help locating items
- Accurately performing cashier duties including handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
- Maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, and updating pricing
- Supporting opening and closing store activities
- Providing customer support to all departments including photo and beauty and ensuring departments are stocked
- Assisting pharmacy personnel when needed and embracing new CVS services and loyalty programs
