Job Requirements

At least 16 years of age
Able to remain upright for sustained periods
Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally
Visual acuity to perform detailed tasks
Ability to handle cash transactions with precision
Available part-time for approximately 24 hours per week
Willingness to assist pharmacy personnel when needed

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills
Basic math skills for cashier duties
Adaptability to support various departments
Customer-focused mindset

Job Duties

Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs
Demonstrating compassion and care in all interactions
Actively identifying and resolving potential service issues
Performing cashier duties handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately
Maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves and checking in vendors
Updating pricing information and completing inventory management tasks
Supporting opening and closing store activities
Providing customer support to all departments including photo and beauty
Assisting pharmacy personnel when needed
Embracing and advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs
