Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Remain upright on feet for sustained periods
- Lift and exert up to 35 lbs of force occasionally and up to 10 lbs frequently
- Possess close visual acuity for detailed activities such as viewing computer terminals and reading small parts
- Ability to work part-time approximately 20 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and demonstrating compassion and care
- Give a warm and friendly greeting, maintain eye contact, and offer help locating additional items
- Accurately perform cashier duties handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision while following company policies
- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing information, and completing inventory tasks as directed
- Support opening and closing store activities when needed
- Provide customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring departments are fully stocked and operational
- Assist pharmacy personnel when needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy as part of growth opportunities
- Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs
