Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- ability to remain upright on feet for sustained periods
- ability to lift and exert up to 35 lbs occasionally and up to 10 lbs frequently including overhead lifting
- visual acuity for tasks such as viewing computer terminals and inspecting small details
- availability for fixed night shifts from 10 pm to 6 am Monday through Sunday
- availability every other weekend
Job Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- previous experience in a retail or customer service setting preferred
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- ability to perform cashier duties accurately
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and demonstrating compassion
- giving a warm and friendly greeting and assisting customers in locating items
- accurately performing cashier duties including handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
- maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and managing inventory
- supporting opening and closing store activities
- providing customer support across departments such as photo and beauty, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational
- assisting pharmacy personnel and working regular shifts in the pharmacy for career development
- embracing and advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs
