Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Remain upright on feet for sustained periods
- Lift and exert up to 35 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently
- Possess close visual acuity for tasks like reading and using computer terminals
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to perform cashier and customer service duties
- Capability to work as part of a team and independently
- Effective communication skills
- Willingness to learn and assist in pharmacy operations
Job Duties
- Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving issues
- Give warm and friendly greetings with eye contact and assistance
- Perform cashier duties handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain sales floor by restocking shelves, checking vendors, updating pricing, and managing inventory
- Support opening and closing store activities
- Provide customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty
- Assist pharmacy personnel and work pharmacy shifts as opportunities for growth
- Advocate for CVS services and loyalty programs
