Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to remain upright on feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally and up to 10 lbs frequently including overhead lifting
- Visual acuity to perform tasks such as reading and inspecting small details
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving service issues
- Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and assist with locating products
- Perform cashier duties accurately handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
- Maintain the sales floor through restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and managing inventory
- Support opening and closing store activities as needed
- Assist all departments including photo and beauty to ensure they are stocked and operational
- Assist pharmacy personnel and work shifts in the pharmacy for career development
- Advocate for CVS health services and loyalty programs
