Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Able to remain upright on feet for sustained periods
- Capable of lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible force regularly including overhead lifting
- Have close visual acuity for computer terminal viewing, reading, and inspecting small parts or details
Job Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and demonstrating compassion and care in all interactions
- Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact and offer assistance locating items
- Perform cashier duties accurately including handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions following company policies
- Maintain sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing and completing inventory tasks as directed
- Support opening and closing store activities as needed
- Provide customer support to all departments including photo and beauty ensuring they are stocked and operational
- Assist pharmacy personnel during regular shifts as part of career development
- Advocate for CVS services and loyalty programs to help customers on their path to better health
