Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to remain upright on feet for sustained periods
- Ability to lift and exert up to 35 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently
- Visual acuity to perform activities such as viewing a computer terminal and inspecting small parts
- Availability to work part-time, typically 16 hours per week

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting preferred
- Ability to provide compassionate customer service
- Strong attention to detail for handling transactions accurately
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and store operations
- Commitment to promoting CVS services and loyalty programs
Job Duties
- Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs
- Demonstrating compassion and care in all interactions
- Actively identifying and resolving potential service issues
- Greeting customers warmly and maintaining eye contact
- Assisting customers in locating additional items
- Accurately performing cashier duties including handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
- Maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves and checking in vendors
- Updating pricing information and completing inventory management tasks
- Supporting opening and closing store activities when needed
- Providing customer support to all departments including photo and beauty
- Ensuring departments are fully stocked and operational
- Assisting pharmacy personnel, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy
- Embracing and advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs
