Job Requirements

  • At least 16 years of age
  • Remaining upright on feet for sustained periods
  • Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently
  • Visual acuity to perform detailed tasks involving computer terminal and small parts

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving service issues
  • Focusing on the customer by giving warm and friendly greetings and offering help locating items
  • Accurately performing cashier duties including handling cash, checks and credit card transactions
  • Maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing information and completing inventory tasks
  • Supporting opening and closing store activities when needed
  • Providing customer support to all departments including photo and beauty
  • Assisting pharmacy personnel including working shifts in the pharmacy for growth
