Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- ability to remain upright on feet for sustained periods
- ability to lift and exert up to 35 lbs occasionally and up to 10 lbs frequently including overhead lifting
- having close visual acuity to perform tasks such as viewing a computer terminal and inspecting small details
Job Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- previous experience in a retail or customer service setting preferred
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and demonstrating compassion
- giving a warm and friendly greeting while maintaining eye contact and offering assistance
- accurately performing cashier duties handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
- maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing information, and managing inventory
- supporting opening and closing store activities
- providing customer support to all departments including photo and beauty, ensuring they are stocked and operational
- assisting pharmacy personnel as needed including working shifts in the pharmacy
- advocating for and embracing new CVS services and loyalty programs
