Job Requirements

At least 16 years of age
Ability to remain upright for sustained periods
Capability to lift and exert up to 35 lbs occasionally and up to 10 lbs frequently
Visual acuity to perform tasks such as reading and inspecting small parts
Availability to work part-time, approximately 24 hours weekly

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting preferred
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong customer service and communication skills
Flexibility to work varied shifts including opening and closing
Basic math skills for cashier duties

Job Duties

Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving issues
Greet customers warmly and assist with locating products
Perform cashier duties including handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
Maintain sales floor by restocking shelves, checking vendors, updating prices and managing inventory
Support store opening and closing activities
Provide customer support across departments such as photo and beauty, ensuring stock and operational readiness
Assist pharmacy personnel and work regular shifts in the pharmacy for growth opportunities
Advocate for CVS new services and loyalty programs
