Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- ability to remain upright on feet for sustained periods
- ability to lift and exert up to 35 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently
- close visual acuity to perform tasks such as reading and detailed inspection
- physical capability to handle store stocking and operational duties
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting preferred
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs
- demonstrating compassion and care in all interactions
- actively identifying and resolving potential service issues
- accurately performing cashier duties including handling cash, checks and credit card transactions while following company policies
- maintaining the sales floor through restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing information and managing inventory
- supporting opening and closing store activities
- providing customer support to all departments including photo and beauty ensuring they are fully stocked and operational
- assisting pharmacy personnel when needed, including working shifts in the pharmacy for growth and development
- advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs
