Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to remain upright on feet for sustained periods
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 35 lbs occasionally
- Close visual acuity for tasks such as reading and visual inspections
- Availability to work part-time hours
- Commitment to provide compassionate and quality customer service
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Job Duties
- Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving issues
- Greeting customers warmly and offering help locating items
- Accurately performing cashier duties including handling cash and credit transactions
- Maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves and completing inventory tasks
- Supporting store opening and closing activities
- Providing customer support across departments including photo and beauty
- Assisting pharmacy personnel and supporting pharmacy operations
- Advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs
