Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to remain upright on feet for sustained periods
- Ability to lift and exert up to 35 lbs occasionally
- Ability to visually inspect small parts and details
- Willingness to work part-time hours averaging 15 hours per week
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Reliable and punctual attendance
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions

Job Duties
- Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and demonstrating compassion
- Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and assist with locating items
- Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and managing inventory
- Support opening and closing store activities
- Provide customer support to all departments including photo and beauty, ensuring areas are stocked and operational
- Assist pharmacy personnel when needed and work regular shifts in the pharmacy for growth and development
- Advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs
