Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to remain upright on feet for sustained periods
- Ability to lift and exert up to 35 pounds occasionally, up to 10 pounds frequently
- Visual acuity to perform detailed tasks such as computer use, reading, and inspection of small parts
Job Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs, demonstrate compassion and care in interactions, identify and resolve service issues
- Give warm and friendly greetings, maintain eye contact, assist customers in locating items
- Perform cashier duties accurately including handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, completing inventory tasks
- Support opening and closing store activities when needed
- Provide customer support to all departments including photo and beauty, ensure departments are stocked and operational
- Assist pharmacy personnel when needed including working regular shifts as part of career development
- Advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs
