Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in management or supervisory role in retail or food service
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Availability to work varied shifts including weekends

Job Duties
- Assist in management of operations and staff as a role model
- Supervise and participate in product preparation ensuring efficiency and quality
- Assist cashier and counter staff during rush periods to maintain pizza preparation times of 5 minutes or less
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of daily paperwork
- Handle cash transactions, manage store safe and bank deposits accurately and timely
- Participate in analysis of food and labor costs
- Run the store on General Manager’s days off
