Job Requirements
- Ability to stand or walk up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift or carry up to 30 pounds for 30 minutes a shift
- Occasionally lift or carry up to 60 pounds
- Ability to push or pull with a force of 20 pounds
- Ability to bend with some twisting for up to 1 hour a shift
- Capable of grasping, reaching, and manipulating objects
- Ability to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials
- Flexible availability for shifts
- Commitment to regular onsite attendance
Job Qualifications
- High school degree or college education preferred
- Prior retail experience beneficial
- Experience in supervising or management roles a plus
- Skills in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring
- Experience handling food considered an asset
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and teach others
Job Duties
- Assist the Store Manager with oversight of operations
- Hire, supervise and work with staff
- Accomplish daily tasks including bookkeeping and merchandising
- Maintain high service standards
- Provide fast and friendly customer service
- Execute food program standards
- Display leadership, urgency, and patience
