Job Requirements
- ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
- lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds for up to 30 minutes

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or college degree preferred
- retail experience preferred
- supervisor or management experience preferred
- recruiting, hiring and interviewing skills preferred
- experience handling food preferred

- excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Duties
- assist the store manager with oversight of stationstore operations
- help with hiring, supervising and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks
- perform bookkeeping and merchandising
- maintain high service standards and provide fast, friendly service to customers
- execute company food program standards
- lead by example displaying urgency, patience, and leadership
- ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance
