Job Duties
- Manage a security culture including crisis response and safety environment
- Execute strategic assets protection strategies and deliver results
- Identify and develop resolutions for external theft and fraud
- Conduct internal and external investigations
- Recruit, select, retain and develop hourly team members and leaders
- Provide coaching, training and performance feedback to team members
- Lead store response and emergency crisis situations
- Educate store leaders and teams on emergency preparedness and physical security
- Identify shortage risks and develop tactics to reduce loss
- Support store safety culture and manage safety program routines
- Influence and validate security culture
- Lead merchandise protection strategies
- Demonstrate inclusivity and engage with guests
- Work safely and comply with safety policies
- Perform other business needs as required
