Job Requirements
- Meet any state or local licensure or other legal requirements related to the position
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak shopping times
- Ability to access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues
- Ability to interpret instructions, reports and information
- Act in accordance with company policy
- Ability to climb ladders as needed
- Ability to scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely including lifting up to 44 pounds occasionally
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment
- Reliable and prompt attendance
Job Qualifications
- Previous retail or security experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong business acumen
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
- Ability to manage conflict, lead and hold others accountable
- Proficient in learning and adapting to technology needs
- Strong cognitive skills including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties
- Manage a security culture including crisis response and crowd management planning
- Execute strategic AP strategies and deliver results through team leadership
- Identify and develop resolutions for external theft and fraud
- Conduct internal and external investigations from identification through resolution
- Recruit, select, retain, develop and manage talent of hourly team members and leaders
- Provide coaching, training and timely performance feedback to team members
- Lead store response and emergency crisis situations and create plans for in-store events
- Educate store leaders and teams on emergency preparedness, physical security procedures and merchandise protection best practices
- Identify shortage risks and develop tactics to reduce shrink and drive profitable sales
- Support store safety culture through modeling safe behaviors and incident response
- Work a flexible schedule aligned to guest and business needs
- Lead merchandise protection strategies including ordering, storage and application as directed
- Demonstrate inclusivity and engage with guests to solve their specific needs
- Comply with safety policies and company standards
- Perform all other duties based on business needs
