Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Manage a security culture including crisis response and crowd management
  • execute strategic assets protection strategies and goals
  • identify and resolve external theft and fraud incidents
  • conduct internal and external investigations
  • recruit, select, retain and develop team members
  • provide coaching, training, and performance feedback
  • lead store emergency preparedness and safety protocols
  • identify shortage risks and develop reduction tactics
  • support theft prevention and merchandise protection
  • work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
