Job Duties
- Manage a security culture including crisis response and crowd management
- execute strategic assets protection strategies and goals
- identify and resolve external theft and fraud incidents
- conduct internal and external investigations
- recruit, select, retain and develop team members
- provide coaching, training, and performance feedback
- lead store emergency preparedness and safety protocols
- identify shortage risks and develop reduction tactics
- support theft prevention and merchandise protection
- work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
