Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Technical proficiency with new applications and Point of Sale systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Outlook
- Physically able to perform routine maintenance duties such as walking the property, cleaning, weeding, operating power tools, changing light bulbs
- Ability to lift 25lbs
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
- Availability for travel and flexibility to work at various locations
Job Qualifications
- 2 - 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role with profit-and-loss responsibility
- High School diploma or GED
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
- Technically savvy with Point of Sale and software applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
- Physically capable of performing maintenance tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to float between different facility locations
Job Duties
- Deliver excellent customer interactions in person and over the phone
- Generate sales and maintain high occupancy through advertising and customer relations
- Manage daily operations including collections, deposits, and customer calls
- Show and rent storage units based on tenant needs
- Actively sell merchandise, upsell insurance, schedule moving trucks, and cross-sell other facilities
- Assist with auction preparations and handle tenant communications compassionately
- Maintain facility cleanliness, safety, security, and perform minor maintenance tasks
