Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Technical proficiency with new applications and Point of Sale systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Outlook
  • Physically able to perform routine maintenance duties such as walking the property, cleaning, weeding, operating power tools, changing light bulbs
  • Ability to lift 25lbs
  • Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Availability for travel and flexibility to work at various locations

Job Qualifications

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role with profit-and-loss responsibility
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
  • Technically savvy with Point of Sale and software applications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
  • Physically capable of performing maintenance tasks
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Flexibility to float between different facility locations

Job Duties

  • Deliver excellent customer interactions in person and over the phone
  • Generate sales and maintain high occupancy through advertising and customer relations
  • Manage daily operations including collections, deposits, and customer calls
  • Show and rent storage units based on tenant needs
  • Actively sell merchandise, upsell insurance, schedule moving trucks, and cross-sell other facilities
  • Assist with auction preparations and handle tenant communications compassionately
  • Maintain facility cleanliness, safety, security, and perform minor maintenance tasks
