Job Requirements
- minimum high school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- demonstrate proficiency in mathematics
- above average communication skills
- professional appearance and demeanor
- keen and genuine interest in animals and their care
- good interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- ability to lift merchandise up to 50 pounds
- willingness to follow safety procedures and operational guidelines

Job Duties
- maintain inventory across the entire Pet Care Center
- ensure merchandise is properly stocked, priced, and displayed
- process register transactions to provide excellent guest experience
- support guest interactions using the company's selling model
- support animal care procedures to maintain pet health
- complete training programs to maintain expertise
- promote teamwork, inclusion, and collaboration
- follow operational guidelines, policies, and procedures
- complete additional duties and special projects
- evaluate guest inquiries and refer to Leader on Duty when necessary
