Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- demonstrate proficiency in mathematics
- above average communication skills
- keen interest in animals and their care
- good interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- willingness to follow safety protocols and procedures
Job Qualifications

- proficiency in basic mathematics and accounting principles

Job Duties
- Maintain and manage inventory across the Pet Care Center
- ensure merchandise is stocked, priced, and displayed correctly
- process register transactions to provide great guest experiences
- apply the selling model to support guest interactions
- support animal care procedures to maintain pet health
- complete required training programs
- promote teamwork, inclusion, and collaboration
- adhere to operational guidelines, policies, and procedures
- assist with special projects and refer guest inquiries to the Leader on Duty
